Ce kit va vous permettre de travailler la compensation à sec, chez vous ou en déplacement. 💆 Au delà de « juste » vous apprendre la technique frenzel, nous vous transmettrons nos astuces pour lever certaines barrières mentales qui pourraient survenir lorsque vous déplacez votre apprentissage dans le milieu aquatique. 📦 En commandant le kit par la poste, vous recevez un otovent, un EQ-tube ainsi que le lien vers notre plateforme d'apprentissages. 🎺 Et puis pour terminer avec une bonne nouvelle, sachez que les kits sont en promo à CHF 30.- pour une durée limitée! A little EQ Tube tutorial!👂 Soon enough when l A little EQ Tube tutorial!👂 Soon enough when learning #freediving #equalization, you will need to train with more "finesse" (or delicatesse!) Than just balloons that stress your eardrums to hard! This is where the EQ Tube comes in place. With this #tutorial you will make you own and be able to practice frenzel locks and mouthfill like butter. Material used here: 🥛vase or test tube. Minimum 40cm height. The higher the better. Mine comes from IKEA 〰️ 4mm aquarium tube, works in pair with the 3D model, so find what's best for you. ♟️ 3D model Otovent (found on thingiverse.com) and a friend with a 3D printer 🤪 🔫 Hot glue gun which offers, in my case, the best results. It's super strong but also super hot 🥵 ⚓️ Maybe some weight, to force the end of the tube to go down with ease. Good luck and happy Equalizing! 👂
The Daisy Drill : a co2 tolerance table with a mix The Daisy Drill : a co2 tolerance table with a mix of STA and DYN. 1️⃣ Use an app on your phone to set up an interval timer. For example: 6x 3 minutes. 2️⃣ First part is STA. Use a wrist watch to check your time. Start easy, for example 30s. 3️⃣ Second part is DYN. At least 25m. Always same distance. 4️⃣ Recovery is key. Relax quickly, lower your heartbeats and get ready for the next round. 5️⃣ Increase STA time each interval. Find what suits you. Between +5 and +10s is good. BONUS: If you feel it and have a good safety, do also 10s STA after the drill. But not if it's your first time trying this drill. Send us feedback and dive safe! #freediving #drills
